1st May is Beltane, a date which celebrates the mystical union (sex!) and a time when the seeds we planted earlier in our year are in full growth and harmony with the environment. While not bearing fruit as yet, those things we set in motion will now (hopefully) be growing well.

Sadly, each year sees fewer and fewer examples of the maypole as Health & Safety legislation erodes at an English tradition which while beautiful and joyous also represents sensuality. I think it is such a shame that in a period where we promote equality, those customs native to England are eroded by our own legislation. The tradition of a youth (young male) climbing the maypole to place the crown that would be danced round being the biggest stumbling block it seems.

However, we can recapture some of this tradition by lighting a fire, inviting some friends round and enjoying ourselves (have a BBQ and enjoy!) this evening and not letting the flames die out until past midnight. Tomorrow, those of you who want to celebrate the mystical union had best take yourselves off somewhere secluded in nature and engage in it’s recreation (have sex in the woods but don’t get caught! LOL!).

However you celebrate it (or not) I wish all of you the successful growth of the seeds you planted at the start of the year and the very Brightest of Blessings.

Leeds munch was a whole heap of fun yesterday. Tim the Terror took the initiative to organise a play party next month, which I’m looking forward to hugely! It was lovely to see Maxcine, Q, Goldmane & Gold’s girl etc. there too, and I know miss behave ejoyed her first ever munch with Myself and Rubber Switch.

I can now tell you what we all got up to after the munch. We held a surprise birthday party for the omnipresent Eric Stanton! Lots of friends were there and it was wonderful to see them and to catch up, as well as celebrate Eric’s birthday with him. I’m still not 100% sure he’s santa mind you. I suspect he tells Me this as a ploy to get Me to sit on his lap! LOL! I know kenai was sorry to have missed it.

It was lovely to catch up with Donnchaidh and Lady Alpha, and I’ll definitely be staying at Kinky Cottage again very soon. I’ve missed them hugely, along with so many others (too many to list to be honest!). My sincere thanks go to My dear Fone Bitch, as without her help I couldn’t have attended. Thank you hun x

It’s Leeds Munch today at 2pm. I’ll be attending with My ever loyal Rubber Switch and the adorable miss behave who is over from Sommerset. I’m looking forward to seeing old friends again as well as making some new ones.

It’s miss behave’s first munch, and it will be great to be involved in another first for her! Both she and Rubber Switch came to see Me and stayed over last night. I played with miss behave in My chambers and gave her some real “firsts” as time wore on. she is an absolute joy to play with as ever and rapidly becoming a firm favourite with Me.

Must fly and get ready for Leeds munch. Having not been there for a while because of other commitments it’ll be fab to see how it’s changed and catch up with folks. If you read this blog and see Me there, do stop by and say “hello”.

Understandably (and regretfully) I get a fair number of time wasters. I also get those who are unable or too afraid to keep their appointment with Me. Some are novice’s who suffer from cold feet or aren’t quite ready to embrace the feelings they have repressed for so long;  some have an emergency which arises and means they have to alter their appointment with Me. The difference between genuine people and those who are time wasters is frankly manners and communication. Genuine serves contact Me to let Me know their thoughts and situation, time wasters just fade away.

To counter this, I have elected to start requiring a 20% deposit before I am prepared to confirm appointments. The deposit will be non-refundable as there are certain overheads which I must meet for each appointment, and frankly, I do not see why I should have to bear the cost of these. Providing the serve has the good manners to let Me know they are unable to attend I may permit them to re-appoint.

I know all My genuine serves will understand and respect My decision. It should be noted that those who are held on My pro-Domme collar scheme are exempt from paying deposits.

A useful little piece of information was passed to Me by My dear Maid Carrie. Some t-girls and sissy’s find locating footwear hard and/or expensive.

Caroline uses this site where some lovely shoes can be bought in wider fittings. They stop at a size 9 at the moment, but for those ladies lucky enough to need up to a 9 the shoes are lovely, and there’s a good selection with varied heel heights. A comprehensive list can also be found at Northern Concord, but do watch prices. Remember girls, it’s worth getting shoes that don’t kill your feet. Invest in a couple of good pairs in timeless styles so that they work with several different outfits and practice walking indoors first.
